At Ocean City Entertainment we're experts at Silent Disco Services, including everything from Dry Hire to DJ Provided Entertainment.
As some of the first Plymouth based companies to offer local Silent Disco services, back in 2022, we've tested A LOT of different equipment - that's why we won't always just default to the very over used "Silent Disco King" headsets for every occasion (although there are of course times when this is the best fit with your event). We have headphones that can be rolled out on mass, that have better durability for children's events, or where the sound quality and bass are key.
That's the main difference between us and other companies starting up offering the same services - we really know our stuff, because we're huge silent disco fans ourselves.
Our pricing structure varies hugely based on exactly what you require, however we know it's really annoying when companies say to "contact them for a quote" so we've given some examples of prices below:
DRY HIRE
Basic Package
25 Headsets (plus 2 extra headsets provided without charge as a "backup").
2 Transmitters (plus all the leads for connections - this is what you need to "broadcast" your channels.
2 Premixed Files (we have a number of ready made premixed playlists from Disney to Party Dances, and 70's to Current Hits. Of course you can use your own playlist).
Deliver and Collection to a Plymouth address.
£80 - 24 hour hire, headsets will have 8 hours of charge.
Plus Package
50 Headsets (plus 5 extra headsets provided without charge as a "backup").

All you need to do is connect a phone, laptop or tablet to the transmitters and either play our premixed sound file, or stream your own custom Spotify playlist. If you'd like us to provide the devices, the cost is just £10 extra, and will include all our Premixed Files.
We also think its really important to tell you all the bits other companies don't upfront. We'll require a £100 deposit on delivery, which will be refunded within 48 hours of collection once all our units are tested. There is a damage/lost charge of £40 per headset, and £100 per transmitter (we aren't ridiculous, a headset getting scratched doesn't attract a cost, we mean seriously damaged).
